The Economic Science under an Epistemological Perspective

Abstract

Economic science is a diverse science with many though schools. Some of them are ordered in this text using epistemological criteria. First economics and political economy are characterized. After, inside the second one, structuralism and post-structuralism positions are analyzed. Inside this last group, it is defended the necessity of building a political economy from the paradigm of the complexity.
