Second Order Observation Communication

Abstract

The following essay develops methodological selections to approach the second order observation. The second order observation is a constructivist concept that aims to observe observations. A second order observer only observes the observation of an observer, its own observation or the observation of others. The points to draw are (1) important consequences of the observation of second order, (2) its exigencies to the numerical codification, and (3) some new alternatives to locate it as a program to observe emergent systems. (4) I will finalize with a brief suggestion on how to select tools to observe systems.
