Social Research Epistemology in Latin America

Abstract

This article aims at giving an account of the emergence of new epistemological proposals of social sciences in Latin America. Particularly, it reflects the progress of the prospect of complexity in social research in our continent. It also discusses the nature of the social knowledge that has been built in Latin America.
