Abstract The present article, more than to deepen in the polemic classic Popper - Kuhn regarding the progress of the science, seeks to indicate some fundamental pillars that should be kept in mind as possibility for the elaboration of a curriculum in the teaching of the sciences. It is rescued of this discussion the popperian position around the formation of a critical spirit that in our opinion, it is a possible road for the scientific practice.
